Image’s multi-weld tool capability is an optional feature on their arc stud welding equipment that allows the user to set up as many as four weld tools, thus eliminating the need to set different weld parameters and change the weld tools with each application. Users can weld up to four different sizes and types of studs almost simultaneously with fast charge times that ensure that the equipment is ready to use when they are. With multi-weld tool capability, a single unit can be used for many applications, providing greater productivity and substantial cost savings for the customer. Additionally, Image’s stud welding units, measuring 26.9" x 25.9", can take the place of four separate units, offering substantial space savings on manufacturing plant floors.
