Image Introduces Revolutionary Digital Arc Stud Welding Equipment

Image Industries, Inc., a leader in stud welding, introduces its new line of technologically advanced digital arc Stud Welding equipment that will meet customers' most demanding fastening needs with speed, reliability, flexibility and ease of use. As the only U.S. manufacturer of digital stud welding equipment, Image offers handheld, robotic, and customized equipment available in 1,200 or 2,000 AMP three phase units.

Image's revolutionary Arc Stud Welding equipment is designed to make the stud welding process easier and increase productivity. The machine's digital functionality includes Smart Weld™, a user-friendly feature that takes the guesswork out of welding. Instead of figuring the weld parameters, users simply enter the stud size and the material being used, and the unit does the rest.

Image's modular equipment allows you to upgrade as needed and offers a number of standard features including pilot arc control; hammer mode for painted, rusty, and scaly surfaces; automatic safety shutdown; maintenance tracker, and language options including English, Spanish, and French. A unique optional feature is the multi-weld tool capability which lets you use as many as four weld tools, eliminating the need to set different weld parameters and change the weld tool setup with each application. Additional optional features include manual/automatic auto-feed; gas control for gas arc stud welding; a preset memory module, and a data recorder for ISO 9000 style programs.

As a technology-driven leader in the stud welding industry, Image is known for providing application expertise, exceptional customer service and value-added assembly solutions to help customers meet their most demanding fastening requirements.
