process. Available in flux and shielded gas, Image's fasteners come
in a variety of sizes and shapes, and can be used in a wide range of stud
welding applications including automotive assembly, electrical and electronic
components, and industrial equipment.
Whether customers need round, square, rectangular, irregular shaped, or
specialty fasteners, Image can accommodate their needs. Sizes range from
14 gauge pins to 1" diameter in threaded or unthreaded configurations.
Metric sizes range up to M24. Materials include low carbon steel, stainless
steel, and aluminum. Fasteners may be plated with zinc, nickel, dichromate,
and other finishing materials. The standard thread is UNC-2A for USA threads
and 6g for metric threads. Image can also provide custom thread sizes
upon request.
