Image Industries Repair Work Order

Repairs are submitted for evaluation.  There is a $65 evaluation charge.  Please submit a purchase order number for that amount with this request.  After evaluation, we will contact you with a repair estimate.  If you approve the repair, the $65 evaluation fee will be put towards the repair cost.  If you do not approve the repair, the equipment will be returned and your company will be invoiced for the evaluation fee.

Please note: Many times, a problem is suspected in one component, but the source of the problem is actually another component.  Unless you are certain of the source of the problem, it is often best to send in the system rather than the suspected component.

Rush Repair.  While we make every effort to accommodate rush requests, we cannot guarantee repair turnaround times.  Typical repair time is 3 to 4 days, but may run longer due to back-log or component availability.  We try to handle rush requests in 1 to 2 days.
