Product Information
The Image Industries production gun is a hand load fixture mounting gun. It has a precision recirculating ball bearing to ensure precision motion and location repeatability. The unit uses dowell pins for locating precision when mounting. The production gun uses an external mounting cable to provide for welding studs up to 1-1/4 in diameter. The unit uses a ball bearing clutch mechanism for smooth, reliable and long service life. Some Image Industries production weld heads have been in service in excess of 20 years. This is a proven, reliable weld head that makes use with a PLC or robot an ideal application.
